Teaching background:
We started our international working experience in Chile, Santiago at The Grange School from 2001 till 2003. After that we moved to Singapore for 4 years to teach at United World College South East Asia (UWCSEA). Since 2007 we have been working at Berlin Brandenburg International School (BBIS). In August 2013, we joined Dwight School Seoul (Korea) to help develop this wonderful new IB world-school in the coming years. We love a challenge and to get the chance to build a world class PE program in a great (unknown and underestimated) part of the world was an opportunity we did not want to miss.
Passion and inspiration:
Children, students and colleagues inspire us! For us this does not mean just at Dwight but around the globe. Through social media like twitter, pinterest as well as our website, we are daily in contact with great educators who have the same desire, which is to move (Physical) education forward. Our site is not set up for that and it has not been a goal in itself but slowly but surely it is not just a reflection tool for us but a way to share. Education is our passion and physical education is still underrated in schools. We see it as our responsibility (PE community world wide) to move our subject into the 21st century and become true innovators in education.
